CARE

• Hand wash in warm water.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not dry clean.
• Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Pull sleeve over ankle, like a sock.
• Lay straps out flat.
• Wrap straps over front of ankle, close on opposite side (figure 8).
• Pull harder for a tighter fit.

• Adjust for comfort.
• Slip foot into shoe and close laces.
• When applied you should feel firm compression and protection.
• May be worn directly over skin or with a sock.
• Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation.
• May be applied to left or right ankle..
• For braces designed to to combat ankle roll prevention we suggest you consider one of our rigid style Ankle Guards.
• Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
• Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing.
