Shipping policy

Shipping

Blaxland Day & Night Pharmacy endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible. All shipped orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders will be dispatched by the following business day, this is providing those products are in stock, the order doesn't contain prescriptions or scheduled Pharmacist lines and that the order is received prior to 12pm AEST.

You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order.

If your order contains a prescription or scheduled Pharmacist lines, the shipping for your full order will be within 1 business day of receipt of the original script. When sending a prescription to us, please allow sufficient time for the prescription to reach us, items be dispensed and for the order to be sent back to you.

For delivery time frames please refer to our Australia Post guide below. Please be aware shipping is only released Monday to Friday and excludes Public Holidays. Delivery times may be longer than normal during popular promotional periods, seasonal events or due to public holidays.

For pick up time frames please refer to our Click and Collect guide below.

For the privacy and security of our customers all deliveries will be made in plain unmarked boxes that will only be labelled with your shipping information and our sender details as per Blaxland Day & Night Pharmacy.

Postage and Handling for orders

Courier Please is our preferred carrier for all orders. We currently ship worldwide.

All orders will only be dispatched once your payment has cleared. All our product pricing and shipping costs are in $AUD.

Standard shipping within Australia

Allow 2 - 8 business days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Express Post within Australia

Allow 1-3 working days from the date we ship your order (next business day delivery cannot be guaranteed outside the Express Post network )

 

Postage and Handling for International Orders

We utilise Australia Post International as the preferred shipping provider. Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

For estimated delivery times to your country, please visit Australia Post International and select your country to view the estimated times on each delivery service. A limited list of prohibited products is also listed on website for each country.

* Delivery times are an estimate only. * Delivery time does not include any time parcels may spend in the destination countries customs service. *All international orders require a signature on delivery. *Once the parcel has been handed to Australia Post it is then at the responsibility of Australia Post and we cannot accept any liability for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

Click and Collect in-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free click and collect in-store. After placing your order and selecting “Click and Collect” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours during business hours (M-F 9am-4pm) for all orders placed outside of business hours your items will be ready to collect the following day (M-F from 9am - 4pm). Currently we do not offer Click and Collect services on the weekend, if an order is placed over the weekend it will be available for Click and Collect from 9am on the Monday.

Our in-store click and collect hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm
Saturday & Sunday NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number with the shipping provider, you can use this to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. All live updates on the status of order are dependent upon the shipping providers network and failings in this system are out of our control.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@blaxlandpharmacy.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
