Click and Collect
Can I collect my order on the weekend?
If you have received a notification that your order is ready for collection then you are more than welcome to collect your order at a time that is convenient for you. If you place your order on the weekend then the earliest you will be able to collect it is Monday from 9am. This is because at this stage our ecommerce staff work Monday - Friday during business hours.
When can I collect my order?
After placing your order and selecting “Click and Collect” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours during business hours (M-F 9am-4pm) for all orders placed outside of business hours your items will be ready to collect the following day (M-F from 9am - 4pm). Currently we do not offer Click and Collect services on the weekend, if an order is placed over the weekend it will be available for Click and Collect from 9am on the Monday.

Saturday & Sunday NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Where do I pick up my order from in store?
Our front gifts counter is where your order will be held for collection. If the front service desk is unattended please see one of the staff members at the back counter for assistance.
When will I know my order is ready to pick up?
You will receive an email or SMS to notify you when your order has been packed and is ready for collection. Please do not arrive in store until you receive this notification.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number with the shipping provider, you can use this to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. All live updates on the status of order are dependent upon the shipping providers network and failings in this system are out of our control.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping & Local Delivery
Blaxland Day & Night Pharmacy endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible. All shipped orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders will be dispatched by the following business day, this is providing those products are in stock, the order doesn't contain prescriptions or scheduled Pharmacist lines and that the order is received prior to 12pm AEST.
You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order.
Local deliveries will go out for delivery from 4pm every week day. If you have made an order and selected local delivery on a weekend then your order will processed and delivered on Monday. Local delivery is a free service to those who fall within the catchment area. If you need something urgently and are in isolation over the weekend please call the pharmacy on (02) 4739 1611 to speak with a staff member.
Can I have my scripts delivered?
Of course. We recommend using the convenience of MedAdvisor, a scripts and medication management app. You can seamlessly order scripts to be delivered as well as a number of OTC items. It provides you with medication and script reminders so you'll never be out of date or out of repeats.
Will you hold my repeats in store?
We can hold your script repeats in a personal file for you in store. Simply just give us a call when you want it to be filled and let us know if you want to come in store to collect or delivery and we can have that organised for you.
