Refund policy

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns on items up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. The full amount of the order minus the shipping costs will be refunded.

In the event that your items arrive damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@blaxlandpharmacy.com.au with your name, order number and photos of the items condition. We assess these on a case by case basis and do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
